Information you give us directly through contact forms, WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, phone number, email address, property preferences, budget and the content of your messages.
Technical information collected automatically when you browse the site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring source (via analytics tools).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religion or biometric data) and ask you not to send it to us.

3. How We Use WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with clients who contact us first.

What we collect: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send us.
Why: to answer questions, send property listings and prices, arrange viewings, and provide support during a transaction.
Opt-in: we message you only after you contact us first, or after you explicitly request contact through a form on this website, having been informed that we will reply via WhatsApp.
No unsolicited marketing: we do not send promotional broadcasts to people who have not asked for them.
Opt-out: you can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP in the chat, or by emailing us. We action opt-out requests promptly.
